Homemade Sourdough Bread

One of my greatest challenges in the kitchen...sourdough bread from scratch! With using only an equal amount of flour and water and of course with much patience and time, I'm pleased with the results! So moist and tasty this loaf is going to be perfect with my beer cheese soup I have stewing on the stove! Here's to new recipes and challenges in the kitchen!
