I don't mind rainy days...I managed to squeeze in a dessert for dinner made from juicy and fresh picked apples. These apples are so delicious and soft when it comes to baking. I cut back on the amount of sugar this recipes call for. Serve with vanilla bean ice cream and your favorite hot beverage!
